HI Modelover, The guy's setup for his 46" Fireboat is: High end technology 'Typhoon' 600/43 brushless motor, with a turnigy 180 amp esc, and 5000mah 18v lipo with spare whilst charging. Hope this helps in your setup choice, the boat goes like ........well! FASt and then some, our lake is quite big, and he has never opened it up full.
